You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use our Services in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g. reverse‑engineering, defaming, introducing malware, or violating laws).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and AI agent models remain the sole property of Labs Now or its licensors. You retain rights in any content you upload.
6. Fees & Payments
If you subscribe to paid offerings, fees are due per the subscription agreement. All billing is in USD. Refunds are subject to policies described in your order confirmation.
7. Termination
You can terminate your account anytime via account settings or by notifying us. Labs Now may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. LabsNow disclaims all implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labs Now’s liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the total amount paid by you in the last six months; we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Labs Now and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
